Your invitation link
Step 1
Open Referrals
At the top of every screen, click Refer & Earn. The same page is in Settings, under the Referrals tab. On a phone-sized screen that button is not at the top: open Settings and the Referrals tab instead. Only the account holder sees Refer & Earn; staff logins do not.

Share your link
Under Your Referral Link, click Copy and send the link however you like: a message, an email, a post in an owners’ group. Always send the whole link: the code shown below it cannot be typed in when your friend signs up.
Enlarge screenshotGood to know: The link is yours alone, so Casitana knows the invitation came from you. Once your friend has opened it, the link keeps working on their device for 30 days, so they can sign up later.
Step 3
Or invite someone by email
Under Invite by Email, type your friend’s email address and click Send Invite. Casitana emails them your link, and they appear in your list straight away. You can send up to 10 invitations a day.

Step 4
Your friend signs up
Your friend opens your link, sees that you invited them, and creates an account. Once they confirm their email address, they appear in your list. They get the same plans and prices as anyone else; the link only tells Casitana that you sent them.

When you earn €20
You earn €20 once your friend has made their second payment on a paid plan: on a monthly plan, when their second month is paid. The free trial is not a payment, and signing up alone earns nothing yet. The credit comes off your own next subscription payment automatically.
Good to know: Credit can only come off a paid subscription. While you are on the Free plan or still in your trial, what you earn waits as pending, and it is applied by itself once you start paying for a plan. Credit only ever comes off your Casitana subscription; it is never paid out.

What does not count
Your own accounts earn nothing: an account signed up through your own link, or with your own email address.

Follow your invitations
The four numbers at the top show Total Credits Earned, Pending Invites, Signed Up and Credited. Below them, Referral History lists everyone you invited, with the date and the credit each one earned you.

What each status means
Pending: you invited them by email and they have not signed up yet. Signed Up: they have an account, and your credit comes after their second payment. Pending Claim: your €20 is earned and waits until you are on a paid plan. Credited: the €20 is on your account.
Tip: If a friend deletes their account, their address is removed and the list shows Deleted account. Any credit you earned stays.
Step 9
The emails you get
Casitana emails you when a friend’s second payment earns you credit, when earned credit is waiting for you to be on a paid plan (at most one such email a day), and when waiting credit is applied. All three need Email switched on in Email reminders. The first also needs Tips & rental management insights switched on in Email & consent.
