If you rent out a furnished tourist property in France, French law asks every guest who is not a French national to fill in and sign a police form, the fiche individuelle de police, on arrival. Casitana emails your guests a link, they fill in and sign the form on their phone, and you keep the signed forms for six months in case the police ask for them. This guide covers who needs a form, turning France on, sending the link, what your guests do, and handing the forms to the police.
