Billing questions
What does "billed yearly" mean?
The large figure on each plan is what it costs per month when you pay for a year at once. You pay the yearly total, shown right underneath, once a year. Prefer to pay month by month? That price is shown too, and you choose when you start.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans start with 14 days free. You add a card when you start, and if you cancel before the free days are over you are not charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. The subscription page in your account shows the plans you can move to, and Manage subscription opens your billing settings.
How do I cancel?
From your account, whenever you like. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It covers 1 property, with no time limit and no credit card.
